Delivery & Returns Policy

We usually ship orders within 2 days of payment. We require some processing time to prepare your console – to make sure that it’s working as it should.

If you have any questions about your parcel, please contact us and we can provide your tracking number.

For orders in the EU, we use DHL as our courier. Delivery time takes 2-5 days.

For orders worldwide, we use Royal Mail as our courier. Delivery time takes 3-7 days.

For orders in the UK, we use Royal Mail as our courier. Delivery time takes 1-2 days.


We have a 30-day money back guarantee, meaning that you may return your console without much hassle.

We also accept returns under warranty.

For any returns – the buyer must cover the postage cost.

However, if it is returned under warranty, we will cover up to £10 of the postage cost.

If you wish to return your console, please contact us via email and we’ll be in contact with you.

Once we receive your return, you will receive a refund via the payment method that you paid with.

If you opted for a replacement, you will be sent a replacement instead of a refund.
